Who we are
Del Puerto ("we", "us") is operated by Del Puerto Seafood Co., with locations at McKinley Hill Village, Taguig; ITC Compound Road, ITC Compound, Canumay East, Valenzuela; and Malabon, Philippines. By using delpuerto.ph or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell frozen seafood. It is perishable, stocked weekly, and sold while supplies last. Pack weights are as labeled and may vary slightly piece to piece, as is normal for seafood. Photos are representative of the product, not the exact piece you will receive.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Philippine pesos. We accept GCash, bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery. Prices may change between visits; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Orders, delivery dates, and the cutoff
You choose a delivery date at checkout. We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays across Metro Manila. Orders close at 6:00 PM the day before your chosen delivery day. We may decline and fully refund an order if we cannot serve the address, suspect fraud, or run out of stock.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge until the 6:00 PM cutoff. Message us on Instagram at @delpuerto.ph or email hello@delpuerto.ph. After the cutoff your order is committed to the cold chain and can no longer be changed or cancelled. Anything wrong on arrival is covered by our guarantee below.
Delivery and receiving
Someone must be available to receive the order during your delivery window and move it to a freezer promptly. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
The guarantee
Every order is covered by our promise: it arrives frozen, or it is free. If your order arrives thawed to the core, send us a photo within 24 hours and we refund you in full, and you keep the product. Details in our Refund Policy and on the guarantee page.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep product details, prices, and availability accurate. Errors can happen, and we may correct them, including after an order is placed, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with its operation, or place fraudulent orders.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, photography, and branding, belongs to Del Puerto and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Philippine consumer protection law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
