Q: Is frozen seafood really as good as fresh?
A: Yes — and when frozen at its peak, it can be even better. We freeze within hours of catch to lock in flavor, texture, and nutrition. Many “fresh” products have already been in transit for days before reaching your kitchen.
Q: Where do you source your seafood?
A: All our products are sourced daily from Malabon’s beating port — one of the Philippines’ most trusted seafood hubs. We select only the best catch before freezing it at peak quality.
Q: Are your products safe to eat raw?
A: Only our salmon is suitable for raw consumption when thawed, and we follow strict handling standards. For all other products, we recommend cooking thoroughly.
Storage & Handling
Q: How should I store my order?
A: Keep your seafood frozen at -18°C. Avoid thawing and refreezing to maintain peak quality.
Q: How long can I store frozen seafood?
A: For best taste and texture, consume within 3 months from delivery.
Q: Can I cook straight from frozen?
A: Yes! Most of our products can be cooked directly from frozen. Just adjust cooking time slightly.
Ordering & Delivery
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can order directly from our website or via Instagram DM. Just select your products, proceed to checkout, and choose your preferred payment method.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept GCash, bank transfer (UnionBank), and credit/debit cards through our website checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 days. Delivery times vary depending on location but are typically same-day or next-day within Metro Manila.
Q: Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
A: Currently, we deliver within Metro Manila. For orders outside, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
