Where we deliver

We deliver across Metro Manila. Outside Metro Manila, email hello@delpuerto.ph with your address and we will quote cold-chain delivery case by case.

When we deliver

Delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You pick your delivery date at checkout. Orders close at 6:00 PM the day before your chosen delivery day; orders placed after the cutoff ship on the following delivery day.

Delivery fee

Orders of 1,500 pesos and above ship free. Below that, delivery is 150 to 200 pesos depending on your area, calculated at checkout.

How your order ships

Every order is packed frozen solid in insulated packaging sized to the contents of your box. The cold chain from our freezer to your door is the product. A small amount of surface softness on arrival is normal and does not affect quality or safety; cuts should be firm or frozen at the core.

Receiving your order

Please be home, or have someone available, during your delivery window. Frozen seafood cannot be left unattended at a gate or with a guard who cannot freeze it. Move your order to the freezer as soon as it arrives.

If we miss you, we will message you to coordinate. Because the product is perishable, a redelivery may carry an additional fee, and quality cannot be guaranteed after a prolonged delay at the door.

If something arrives thawed

It should not, but if your order arrives thawed to the core, send a photo within 24 hours and we refund you in full, and you keep the product. See the Refund Policy and our guarantee.
