How to Thaw & Prepare

Thawing: Transfer from freezer to refrigerator 12–24 hours before cooking. For quicker thawing, place the sealed pack in a bowl of cold water for 30–60 minutes.

Never thaw at room temperature or in warm water. This breaks down texture and freshness.

Once thawed: Cook within 24 hours for best results. Do not refreeze.
